Spirulina colour extract is primarily used in confectionery, yoghurts, ice cream, frozen desserts, dessert toppings, dry beverage, gelatine, puddings and custards. Spirulina colour extracts are natural alternatives to replace synthetic colouring blends like e.g. Brilliant Blue.
